Separating the Kingdom of Aydan from the Kingdom of Kent, the Razorback Mountains are little more then barren rock formations on a massive scale. The foothills rising from the lush fertile lands of Kent quickly harden to rock. The mountain peaks look like the the back of the famed Razorback, a tasty but vicious boar known to grow to the size of a pony with multiple tusks the length of a mans forearm. Their name is derived from the tufts of fur along the ridge of their backs resembling the blades of a saw.
The mountains have huge valleys going from peak to foothills along the lines of massive cliff faces. There are many routes through the mountains by horse or on foot, but only a few large enough for wagons. All paths have the threat of rock slides, and sharp jagged stones littering the ground, making travel slow and treacherous.
